As a trained professional doula it is my priority and goal to ensure that you as a woman are fully supported physically and mentally throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, and breastfeeding. It is my job to ensure you are heard, and your wishes and needs are met while maintaining the safety and support needed for you, baby, and your family.

My passion being a Doula is supporting every birther in their own way. I love that I can work with moms from all backgrounds. I am able to provide a safe and understanding environment for every mom. It doesn't matter if you came from a life of trauma and abuse to a life of poverty or a life of glamour and riches; all moms deserve to feel 100% support and care during their birthing experience.
I am originally from CA after leaving the National Guard I decided to make my way to the Midwest, have lived here for 8 years as of 2021. I have two beautiful rainbow children. I strive each day to teach them to love themselves and be themselves. I decided to become a Doula after my two births didn't go as planned. After hearing stories that saddened me; I knew I needed to help birthers around the world to have a more peaceful birth. I want to educate, empower, and in the hopes of doing that help birthers be bold! I love to be your option fairy, by letting you know you have a choice and your wishes/voices won't go unheard. I also want to make it known, I am here not only for you, but for your partner and family as well.
As a certified Doula. I feel honored to be able to share my expertise with women and families around Minnesota and North Dakota. I approach birth with the birther in mind. As well as physical support during labor, my role is to also act as an advocate for the birthing woman and her family. I have lots more to talk about! How I Assist
PRENATAL VISITS
I take on a limited number of clients at one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, which allows you to pay attention to your body and your baby.
BIRTHING GUIDANCE
With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
